Q- Can I return bespoke products?
A - No. Unless there is a fault with them, all bespoke items are non-returnable.
Q – I can’t see my dog’s size on the sizing guide.
A – If you can’t see your dog’s size you will need to go to our bespoke page & fill in the form.
*Please note that bespoke sizes can be higher in cost due to the extra work for the manufacturer.
Q – If I made a spelling mistake on my items can I return them for a refund?
A - If you make a mistake on any personalised items we do not offer a refund. Please double check all spelling before completing your order.
Q – If I ordered the wrong size can I send it back?
A – Yes. You can send it back as long as it has not been worn/used.
Q – Where is the clothing made?
A – All our clothing is made here in the U.K.
Q – The design I want is out of stock. Will there be more?
A – All our clothing is done on short runs. This is so Patapaws ensures to have fresh, exciting clothing regularly for our customers.
Q - What countries do you ship to?
A – We ship worldwide
Q – When will my order be dispatched ?
A – Orders are dispatched on Mon/Wed/Fri . We do not ship on bank holidays or Sundays.
Q - Do I have to pay for returns?
A – Yes, it is your responsibility to pay for returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.
